When you get a service RMA be sure to include the following:

BE SURE TO INDICATE THE RMA NUMBER ON THE SHIPPING LABEL

Inside the box include:

> Store Name

> Contact (email and phone number)

> Store phone number

> Return address (where the repaired product is to be returned to)

INSIDE THE BOX - the Tracking ID# MUST also be inside the box.
